128GB Runcore 1.8" lif for Macbook Air no longer functions at all.

128GB Runcore 1.8" lif for Macbook Air purchased in November, had occasional hangs when waking from sleep, no longer responds at all. Put original drive back in MacBook Air and it works fine. Attempted to attach RunCore drive to the USB adapter that it came with and it doesn't show up via USB at all either. Have contacted both [email protected] and MDD where the drive was purchased, neither has responded for request for warranty service. How can I get warranty service on this drive?
