Need Help urgently for GA-X48-DS5 skew settings

Hi i have a Q9505 cpu on this MB i have overclocked it to 3.6ghz stable
The only thing i dont know is what the skew settings do? all my voltage settings are at default with 423mhz fsb and have set the pci frequency to 100.Now because i dont want to damage my expensive video card GTX480 I need to know if i have to change any of the skew settings especially the cpu/pcie witch is currently at default 800.I have read the guide about overclocking quads and it mentions to set pci frequency to 100 and some other setting to 33.3 if i remember correctly (which my bios does not have) to not damage the video card please help me asap.

Skew settings should not need adjusted at all until after 500+ FSB, so I'd leave them on auto.

CPU/PCI Clock drives are not skew, those are voltages and should also be left on default 800/900

PCI freq is locked at 33.3, this is not the same as PCIE freq, you can leave that at 100
