GIGABYTE GA-790XTA-UD4 motherboard beep codes

we are haveing some trouble we connected a video card to the mother board and we get 14 short beeps and we cant find anywere that we can nfind the beep codes can someone help us out

What video card is it? Did you test this card in another machine to be sure it is not faulty?

What PSU are you using, and did you connect the power cables to the video card if the card needs them?
