    New build, time OC

    Just finished up a new build as per

    Intel Core i7 930 Quad @ 2.9 GHz | Corsair H50 cooler push/pull l G.SKILL 1600 6GB DDR3 | Gigabyte X58A-UD3R rev 2
    BFG GeForce GTX 275 OC | Samsung 32"1080p l Razer Barracuda AC-1 Gaming Audio Card l Logitech G15 keyboard l Antec Nine Hundred w/6 fans l corsair hx620

    Time to do a little over clocking.
    I'm sure there's a million posts but could someone supply me with a few links with some good info re: ocing this motherboard / cpu combo

    4.2ghz clock template in sig if your feeling up to it,just adjust bclk if you want to clock lower following the uncore rules in guide,youll have better results in using a 21x cpu multi and disabling intel turbo boost

      Finally got a chance to OC today.
      Got her running at 3.85 on the first attempt.
      Temps only went up 3' idle, have yet to do any stress testing.
      Rise of Flight will give it a good workout.

        New guides also stickied now for X58 if you run into issues.
