Better memory compatibility

Many people are asking for better support to PSC ics (that are really many out there, most of all i can say). Could be the right way to get asrock in the enthusiast market.
Bios upgrades can solve this.

After we check PSC based memory list, we have G.Skill FLARE series F3-16000CL7D-4GBFLS, PI series F3-16000CL9T-3GBPI-B and ECO series F3-12800CL7D-4GBECO, we test our motherboard with these memories.
890FX Deluxe, X58 Extreme6, P55 Extreme4 and H55 Extreme3 can support above PSC ics memory.

There aren't just 3 kits with PSCs. Many Ripjaws and other kits needs better support
