I doubt any one in this forum is familiar with this board.
What kind of CPU, CPU cooler, and RAM model do you have?
Can you post a screen campture of CPU-Z, CPU, Motherboard, Memory, and SPD tabs?
You can download CPU-Z from http://forums.tweaktown.com/gigabyte...ity-tools.html.

        Re: Overclocking help xfx

Your memory can tun as DDR-1000(500 in CPU-Z) with 5-5-5-15 (CL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS) timings, or as DDR-800 4-4-4-12 timings, with memory voltage 2.0v.
Set multiplier so adjusted memory frequency is close to 1000 or 800 and set timings and voltage accordingly.
Try setting FSB VTT 1.22 or 1.24.
For not disable EIST and C1E features of the CPU.
What kind of CPU cooler do you have? Momitor core temperatures with Core Temp or RealTemp.
Can you post your BIOS settings of overclock function page?

Is the CPU Voltage is what you add to default VID? Is it the only increment voltage, what are the defaults for all?
Set the first 4 timings to 5-5-5-15 and try to select memory frequency closer to 1000. The 5-6-6-20 are way off.
Have you ran any stress tests such as Prime95 or OCCT?
The CPU should be capable for 4GHz or even more being water cooled, not sure about the chipset.
