acer turns on then off after 2 sec, over and over and over

hello everyone i have acer dual bios 965 motherboard when i turn it on, it turns off

after 1 - 3 seconds

power suply processor and ram is ok is there anyone way to fix motherboad ?


pls help me and tell me how to fix it ?
