For 3.2ghz try 21x151 bclk, then manually disable xmp and set spd system memory multiplier to 12x to give you 1812mhz speed, set your timing manually then choose quick and type in timings like this but according to your ram

Re: New over here, help with little OC

If i set 151x21 it gives me 3.17, is it ok?? i set it to 153x21 to get 3.21, with the rest of the settings u gave me.

I was coping the bios template to a txt, ill post in a moment.

      GOT BSOD 0x00000124 : l

Solved, set the qpi/vtt voltage to 1.34v had to pass lynX to check it well

      0x00000124 after 4mins with lynx :(

QPI/Vtt 1.5v no a very good idea, Intel says max 1.35v.

Re: New over here, help with little OC

You can run higher then 1.5v for qpi/vtt just not preferred to run over 1.4 for 24/7.

@DimasL Please fill in your current bios settings. the ones you posted all voltage settings are set to auto.

If qpi/vtt is higher then it needs to be you can get bsod error 124 if it is to low you can get error 124. Make sure your uncore multi is 2x ram multi or +1 or +2 higher uncore = more qpi/vtt voltage Higher blck = higher qpi/vtt higher memory speed = higher qpi/vtt and ram voltage higher cpu speed = higher vcore.

Re: New over here, help with little OC

You shouldn't need 1.5, or more, for only 1800Mhz memory.

You need to lower your QPI and set your memory timings yourself disable XMP. You wont be able to use the 1600Mhz timings at 1800Mhz, so you'll need to loosen those up for sure and that is why I said to disable XMP as it's only going to cause you issues since you are overclocking.

Then also set the uncore manually as mentioned above.

Ahh ok, well then the timings are probably ok then and he just needs to adjust something else.

Wouldn't be too sure about that untill i see the profiles. While searching them I saw a set which it's prfiles were messed up in OCZ forums.

I can believe that! This is part of the reason I suggest XMP disabled all the time anyway, especially when someone is not using stock Bclk.

I only suggested 151x21 bclk so you didn't oc your ram too much, you could try 1.36v for qpi/vtt, or drop to 10x mem multi and run ram at 1530mhz and set qpi/vtt voltage to 1.315v? It's up to you

@Acebmxer The BIOS template y posted before y what i have as settings right now, cuz i couldnt get any stable with the little OC. And yes the ram has 2 XMP Profiles one for 1600 and the otherone for 1800 with diferent timmings i think.

@Chike im not sure if this is what u request

BTW This is the temps and voltages i got with hardware monitor right now, with default bios, the same as i posted before.

Arent the temps a little higher to be idle??
                          Is the +12v ok? :s

Im was thinking before get the little OC, first get a stable 2.66GHz without the all auto settings on the bios. Or isnt a problem to go for 3.2Ghz?

Depends on room temp,Spain is hotter than the UK,you can keep cpu voltage on normal instead of auto, and set dram voltage to 1.66v,those two are fine for upto 3.8ghz,could try around 1.3 to 1.35v for qpi/vtt voltage

I meant the SPD window, for all 3 DIMMs, or just one if all the same, but it seems to set timings correctly if that is set by XMP.
