problem with pwm

hi
i just bought a n68-c-s UCC board and i've a cpu with this cooler: coolermaster hyper tx3
it's running always at full speed,the asrock oc utility shows 0 RPM, anyone has an idea ?

ps: i've the latest bios and the option is set to level 1 for fan in the bios

Dear youpitof,

Please kindly check whether the 4-pin connector of CPU fan is connected to CPU Fan Connector (CPU_FAN1) or not.
And please refer to below link for user manual page 11 to make sure the position of "CPU Fan Connector (CPU_FAN1)" on the motherboard.
