SP1 Add/Remove error

Hey everyone,

I upgraded to SP1 and applied the uxtheme.dll patch. I'm not sure which one it was. But ever since then, I've been getting an error message when I click on the Add/Remove Programs link in my Control Panel. Here is the exact error:

Value creation failed " at line 472

If anyone knows how to work around this or would like to suggest any solutions I'd greatly appreciate it.

try reappling SP1 - that'll might fix the problem
