B IOS language change - how to

I have
ASrock G31M-VS3 motherboard.
My BIOS is
"American Megatrends Inc. P1.30, 2/15/2011"


The problem is - my BIOS is in Chinese.. The fact that I can't read Chinese characters is causing me problems. It's difficult to find the necessary options etc.

So, how do I change the BIOS language to English?

Perform a CLRCMOS by removing battery for 1-2 min and then flash latest BIOS:

ASRock > Products > Motherboard > G41M-VS3 > Download
