I have tried every possible file on the Intel 4-seriesUtility DVD as well as downloading every file available for my motherboard fromthe Gigabyte website but nothing works.

It is a single HDD (no raid) connected with sata cable thatcame with MB and MB recognizes the HDD so it must be a setting or driver issueright?

I need to add another fact to this issue.
I am trying to install an OEM version of Windows 7 (64 bit) but also tried to install Windows Vista (64 bit) and both operating systems do the same thing.

Issue resolved. Had to format empty disk in diskpart command prompt.
