Asrock Z68 Extreme4 unable to install Intel Management Driver

I just setup Z68 Extreme4 with i2500K CPU. Updated the BIOS to P1.4.
Downlaod the latest drivers from Asrock and install all drivers.
However Device manager always report unknown device which the PCI vendor ID correspond to Intel Management Engine
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&SUBSYS_1C3A1849&REV_04



Uninstall Intel Management Engine, restart pc and install the latest driver again did not resolve the problem.

Does any one experience the similar problem?

Please help.

have you try to use the one on the driver cd?
cos from what i see on the device manager the version is 7.0.0.1144
but on the site is v7.1.10.1065
