Do you plan to boot from these 2 hdd in raid0 or do you plan to use them as storage with your current setup?

I don't think you need and pre-install drivers for raid 0 and win7,just select raid 0 in the BIOS and install win7,and Windows then finds/installs all needed drivers ect?

Idk much about raid but hope it helped

You will need to do a Fresh install of windows. Make sure you have everything Backed up. If not you will lose everything.

Make sure to install the new hard drives onto the Intel sata2_0 and sata2_1 ports. Make sure you dvd drive is connected to the last sata2 port should be port 4 or 5.

Once you have made all the connections you need to turn the system on and enter the bios. You will need to change the intel controller from IDE or AHCI which ever it set to Raid mode.

Press "F10" to save and Exit. On restart you should see the screen change and show AHCI starting and list your hdd's then you should see the Intel Raid Rom unitlity show on the screen. (These screens can move by fast if you are not paying attention.)

Once you see the Intel Raid Rom utility. Press "CTRL"+"I" to enter. Here you will create your raid array. Set it to Raid0 or striped how ever listed. Set strip size to 128k or 64k which ever you have listed. (Higher is better). Tell it to use both Hdd's.

Once the Raid Array has been created it should say that the drives are in the array and that it is bootable. (If this is correct please continue. If not delete the array and try to recreate it.)

Exit the Raid Utility and reboot renter the bios. Make sure you HDD boot order is set to the raid array that you created. It should have asked for you to name the array. That name should be seen here. Once set to the correct order Press "F10" to save and exit.

Make sure you have your windows 7 dvd in the drive. You should be able to boot to the windows install and see your 1 Big hdd to install onto. Go ahead and install windows. Once windows is installed you will need to install the Raid drivers. They can be found here. http://downloadmirror.intel.com/2018....0.1002_PV.exe

Hope that helps if I missed anything or have any other questions dont hesitate to ask. Good Luck.

Are you going to reinstall windows 7?
Not sure but you probably use a usb flash-drive instead of floppy disk.
