Dr Debug Code D7

Well just recieved the new Asrock 990FX Extreme4 AM3+ mobo and when I turn PC on everything spins up but no video signal or anything. I tried moving memory modules around, resetting the CPU and swapping video cards, but nothing helps. But I did notice the LED Debug code was D7. What does this mean?
