Asrock Extreme 4 Gen3 CPU Temps

Hi,

i have this weird problem, when i go into BIOS i see my CPU temps around 49*C (i5 2500k)
although when i load up windows 7, and start both Core temp and the AsRock extreme tuner, it says my CPU temperature is idling at 30*C

I don't understand why its doing this, and I'm not really sure which temp to trust.
I have updated to the latest BIOS and my cooler is the H50, i've reapplied the thermal paste as well...

Any help would be great,

mine is the same....I read somewhere that it does this but the temps you see in windows are correct......so not to worry....I am sure someone here will say something if it is'nt.

Ignore the bios temps. That's totally normal for nearly every board I've ever used, including this one.
