GA-G33M-DS2R - power off the USB ports when computer switched off
And to add to that, if that does not work, and it's the mouse LED's that are bothering you, you can connect the USB mouse via PS/2 port and then the LED's shouldn't be on all the time as long as you disable wake via mouse in the BIOS.
