asrock p67 extreme4 gen3 losing internet connection

Well this is really starting to bug me.I use the computer to mainly fold on.It is hooked to my TV so only check it now and then.Every so often it loses its internet connection.Its a easy fix I just run windows repair on it and its back up and running.I have turned off sleep. Its just random it will be fine for days then it drops sometimes hours.I am still on the bios the MB come with see no need to update them not running ivy.
Any one know how to fix this
