    What I've tried:

    1. Removing the Catalyst 13.1 drivers and reinstalling.
    2. Installing the AMD-APP-SDK-v2.8-Windows-64.
    3. Uninstalling all drivers and using Driver Cleaner.Net to remove any leftovers.
    4. Deleting both OpenCl.dll and amdocl.dll from the system folders then reinstalling Catalyst ect.
    5. Given up and seeking help from her.

    SPECS:

    Asus Maximus V Extreme
    8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600
    HIS Radeon HD7970 3GB
    Intel Core i7-3770K
    Samsung 840 series SSD

    Any Help would be great.

If it helps my Luxmark score for the HDR Balls is 15789

The last time I experienced that issue was when I had a bad power supply.
Make sure that the PCIe power connectors are properly plugged in.
Also, what power supply are you using in your system?
Run some benchmarks on your card (3DMark, MSI Kombustor etc.; any benchmark, except for game benchmarks, should do the job here) and report to us whether you run into issues with that.

Well I got OCCT and ran a PSU test lasted maybe 1 minute and it happens. The strange thing is the computer stays on and I can continue use but my game just dies.

I can see an issue with my AVCC and VIN1.

      VIN1

I have an OCZ Z-Series 1250watt, Which I can report has a buzzing issue when it encounters 100+ FPS.
