Qflash cannot find latest Bios file on my external floppy drive.Do you know if I should load optimized defaults ahead of time?It appears the drive unit isn't being recognised.

normally the bios is zipped or in an EXE, extract it first. you can also use a USB stick, Floppy is not necessary and much slower.
