P45X3Deluxe repeats "Debug code 90 then D5 then reboot". Help...

Hi guys,

I bought P45X3Deluxe from an internet auction web site.
I try to power-on this M/B with only these items.
- CPU Intel Core2Quad Q8200 (w/Retail FAN)
- VGA Matrox G450 PCI
- MEM Kingston KVR1333D3N9H/4G 4GB x 2 = 8GB

But it repeats "Debug code 90 then D5 then reboot".
Nothing is displayed.

I tried:
- VGA on each PCI 2 Slots
- MEM NANYA NT2GC64B88G0NF-CG 2GB x 2 = 4GB
- 2 Power supllies

I Can't find debug code 90.
Has it already failed? or can i fix it?

Solved

I bought PCI-E videocard and I tryed.

1.Debug code changes "98".
2.I tryed "PCI-E" videocard with "PCI" videocard.
3.BIOS is displayed!!!!
4.Update BIOS.
5.Remove "PCI-E" videocard.
6.BIOS is displayed!!!!!!

But I don't know why.....
