4770k w/ z87e-itx any luck trying to reach 4.5+ghz stability?

My built is based on this wishlist Newegg.com - Once You Know, You Newegg
current bio v.1.80

4.4ghz @ 8-44x, 1.301v tempt: mid 70's maxload

Any tips or help is appreciated in reaching my goal to 4.5ghz stability=)

Follow this: 3 Step Guide to Overclock Your i7 / i5 Haswell Platform | Overclockers ... you may not be able to get there if you need 1.3V to be stable at 4.4.
