You got it in one, is it-rite selling some kind of OEM board to the unsuspecting public?

                :flames:

I figure he has bought a shipment of surplus stock from Mombassa or some other third world country where power LEDs
dont matter much. No complaints about the price though $218.00AUS for MB & XP1600 Palamino chip which O/Cs to 1900
ie FSB 150 and is real stable with no heat problems
Suppose i could connect a light globe to a spare power supply cable for that real Mombassa look

The manual you got is the same one for download from ECS. I would guess it is a standard mobo. Just out of curiosity, where did you find the correct pic?

Got it at Overclockers Australia forum

I searched ECS,s Tiawanese website but could not see that diagram anywhere but that site is a shambles

Is the same as yours Wiggo. Wish it had come with the same manual.

There may have been enough alts between the two versions to require a redo of the manual but they certainly stuffed up there. :(

I only ever used this board for one Athlon setup (PC No.3) and I'm glad of that as the dozen or so others that I used were Duron setups, I had to buy a PSU that cast as much as the board did at the time ($130aus) to get it to work at the rated speed.
