  • MEI firmware for Z68

My motherboard is Z68XP-UD4. I gather ME 8 is only relevant for Ivy bridge and I'm sticking to a Sandy Bridge CPU.
I'm have the latest ME7 driver installed(7.1.70.1205). I see station-drivers has newer FW versions avaliable and 7.1.52.1176. Is it worth updating?

    Here's my MEInfo output:

    EDIT:
Gigabyte official download page lists driver version 8.1.0.1263. Now I'm confused.
EDIT2: Officially recomended v8.1.0.1263 wont install. ROFL

You already have flashed MEI firmware 7.1.20.xxxx.......???
Driver should be no problem to install (even ver.9.x).
