GA-Z87X-UD5H try to boot multiple times

Hi to all!
I've just upgraded my rig, and i have a little problem: sometimes mysystem instead of doing the normal boot up (BOOT LOGO -> Windows) does multiple boot up (ex: BOOT LOGO -> reset -> BOOT LOGO -> WINDOWS)

My RAM are in XMP profile, i've tried to set them manual using one kit at the time, resetting the bios and use the default setting, but this problem occasionally shows up!

I've read that is probably the motherboard that tries to sync with the memory!
How i can fix this?

still could be bios bug

maybe a touch more dram voltage or voltage for the integrated memory controller(not sure what its called for haswell)

Already tested raising ram voltage, i Will try adding some millivolt to the mmu, tnx man!
