Except that they have buckled under the pressure and are going to be removing the topless nudity. I didn't have any real plans on playing this, but it is kinda cheesey that they succumbed to the pressures of the media. :thumbs do

AKA Acclaim on Monday announced that BMX XXX would launch on November 15 for PS2. This version of the game has been edited to eliminate the topless nudity. (Acclaim suggested this would happen in an announcement made in October.) BMX XXX will be available at a suggested retail price of .99. The title will also be available in mid-November for Xbox and GameCube.

I guess we'll have to see if the other platforms follow the same trend.
