Asrock Fatal1ty Z87 Killer Netwotk adapter

Hi hoping someone can help. The network adapter is supposed to run at gigabit speeds however when I check the properties of the installed driver it only allows for 10 and 100 mb/s at full and half duplexing there is no gigabit option. My modem/router has gigabit ports so I have no idea why the network adapter is only operating at 10/100.

Hopefully someone has some idea of what to do to sort it out.

make sure you installed the drivers from ASRocks website
