Issue with IPMI firmware update

Hello all,

well I'm new here and I hope this is the right place for my current issue.

So I have the C2550D4I and am not able to connect to IPMI Interface.

I was trying to update the firmware, but canceled the operation before uploading any new firmware file.
So I was waiting for a couple of minutes, but the IPMI was not availabe. I switched power off and on and the server was starting normally.

BUT since then I'm not able to connect to IPMI interface anymore.
But SSH is still running. If I`d know what to do, this might be a way to fix my issue.

Does anyone know how to restore the IPMI interface?

Welcome to the forum.

1. Click on Advanced Search in the upper right corner of this forum page.
2. In the Keyword(s): box, type "ipmi" (without the quotes).
3. To the right of this box, click on the small menu button to change Search Entire Posts to Search Titles Only
4. Click on the Search Now button that is to the right of the Search Titles Only box and above the Addition Options section.

You should see a list of 9 threads (including this thread) in the search list.

If I use the search box on the upper rigth, I only get this as result:

When you click on the Advanced Search link under the search box in the upper right corner, the web browser address is http://forums.tweaktown.com/search.php
When I type in ipmi and search using the default Search Entire Posts option I get a list of 25 threads.
When I search for ipmi and search using the Search Titles Only option I get the following threads list:
