Sleep mode is unavliable and system has only hybernate option only
Hybernation works fine
unable to get sleep option

I need to get right bios setting for this MB can anyone help me on this

Have you done anything with the Intel Rapid Start settings? I bring this up because it has options which are related to sleep if this is enabled.

Under CPU configuration in UEFI you will find three settings that may take away the sleep option from within Windows. The three options are CPU C3 State, CPU C6 State, and CPU C7 State. I don't know how Windows handles it if these options are changed for sure though. I know that I have a sleep option available, and my settings for each of these three variables is 'Auto'.

Thanks Vuldin for your point mine C6-C7-C3-C4 is enabled.
I changed it to Auto sleep ok this my first time using Asrock bios am not familar.
this seems silly option enabled or auto makes this kind of PC behaviour.
