fm2a88x itx missing memory

Lot of people have same issue, but result not found.
I have tried multiple memories, everything above 4GB is missing.
Windows 7 64bit, checked mscofig options and everuthing is ok
I have A10 3,8 processor and using APU for graphics
Memories are Kingstons and other brands

with 2x2GB only 950MB usable, if 2GB is onA slot and 4GB on B, 1,93 gets as free memomy avaible. On 4GB on A, i get free memory 3,43GB
I have 512 as shared memory.

You cannot mix different brands and models of memory in your board and expect them to be recognized or work correctly. If you use two different sizes of memory in each channel, then only part of the larger sized DIMM will work in dual channel mode.

You can't use any random DDR3 memory in your PC, it must be compatible with the memory controller in your CPU. Is any of the memory you have listed in your board's Memory Support List?

Any time you change the memory in your board, you must clear the CMOS/BIOS before you start the PC for the first time with the different memory.

Are you adjusting any memory settings in the BIOS for your memory?

If you have 4GB of compatible memory in your board, you'll never have all of it available. Some is used by your OS, some by the APU video, and some is reserved for certain hardware on your board.

Do you have two matching memory cards, same manufacture and model and same size? If you do, who makes the memory and what is the full model number?

I have also tested with 2 identical memories, no memories arent on list.

I assume that you are saying that none of your memory modules are on the ASRock memory compatibility list for your motherboard.

Some of the modules might be on a memory manufacturer's compatibility list.
