asrock xtreme 4 x99 ram compatibility

The specs say the max compatibility for my motherboard asrock xtreme 4 x99 is 128GB. This suggests 8x16GB, but is it possible to use 1x32GB ECC memory? I have some ram coming in the mail for a new server I will be building, and I'd like to test it out before RMA period ends. Will it work in my x99?

did you check asrock-specifications? its all there. ecc with xeon-processors.
