As the title says my X99-SOC-Force (F21C) only runs my 256GB SM951 NVMe m.2 SSD at 10Gbps PCIe 2.0 x4

I already updated the motherboard BIOS to the latest one. I also installed the Samsung NVMe driver from Samsung website. I am running Windows 10 with all the latest updates.
