PC-Q29 integrated liquid cooler support

Hello,
I would like to ask about support for integrated AIO liquid coolers for CPU in PC-Q29, while using a graphics card slot.
What are considerations regarding depth of the radiator and fan?
Would Corsair H90 with a 140mm x 15mm fan work, in that way there would still be a 2 slot graphics card?
Sacrificing the ODD...
Is there a possibility to purchase a bottom part of the case only and install it on the top?
Is it possible to have top part fit and machined by Lian Li, with hole pattern similar to the one on the bottom - vents and mounting holes for radiator.

It would be a tight fit and I have no guarantee, I regret to say. There are a couple of inches between the bottom panel and the expansion slots -- it'd likely fit, depending on the VGA card you install.. To answer your other questions, I'm afraid there's no way to order custom panels in this manner.
