Speakers (including subwoofer) on tempered glass on desk cases

I'm considering getting one of the desk cases (probably the DK-Q1H). My current setup has a 2.1 speaker set on top of the desk. Would putting a subwoofer on top of the tempered glass panel iof the desk case be ok? Should I put something beneath it? Is the whole thing a bad idea?

It will be fine, the only concern might be vibration noise depending on the design of the bottom of your subwoofer. As long as you place it on a mat or something to dampen the vibrations, there should be no problem at all!
