  • Can't set the proper DRAM frequency

So I have a ASRock P67 Extreme4 Gen3 Mobo in my desktop, running on BIOS version L3.19 and 2 Mushkin Enhanced Stealth 8GB 1600 MHz memory modules. I have been using this configuration since 2011. Over the last couple of days, I upgraded my GPU (Gigabyte Windforce GTX 1080) and SSD (Samsung 850 EVO) and did a fresh install of Win 10 Pro. Initially, I ran into some problems with the installation--the system not being able to boot from the SSD--so I reinstalled the OS. In the process I ended up clearing CMOS with the switch.

Everything is up and running now except the motherboard isn't posting the right DRAM frequency. It's showing DDR-1333. When I installed the Mushkin memory the first time years ago, it did the same thing. I had to go into BIOS and adjust the frequency manually, so I expected to have to do the same thing again. I went into BIOS to make the manual adjustment, but the UEFI doesn't list any frequency higher than DDR3-1333.What do I do now? Thanks for your help!
