How many Chipset Lanes are there in an ASRock X399 Motherboard?

It is common knowledge that there are 64 PCIe lanes from the Threadripper CPU and that 4 of them are deadicated to the Chipset, and the other 60 are split up with 12 going to the three Ultra M.2 slots (x4 a piece) and then the other 48 are allotted via 4 PCIe slots (x16, x8, x16, x8).

But as to just how many lanes the Cipset puts forth is a very hard answer to come by.

I am wondering just how many Lanes the X399 Chipset avails? Does the ASRock administrater of this thread know the answer? Or anybody for that matter with knowledge of the X399 Chipset?
