Is there any way to recover the admin password? The computer has never been used for two months.

There is no doubt that bootable disk is the easiest way ,or you want to reinstall the system,

If you have other accounts on this computer , you can recover the password back via them , if not , i am sure the above method will help you out .

My passwords are all Numbers with special meanings, and I rarely forget them until someone changes them.
It is possible to recover the password back.
