Extra Store Warranty ...is it worth it?

Today i went by office max...and i bought myself a 150 dollar inkjet printer. Then the sales rep trys to make me purchase the MaxAsurce plan for 2 years.

My question to you guys is...Is extra store Warranty worth buying?

It is a personal thing. Since I like to upgrade stuff frequently, it would have no real purpose to me, but if you like to hang onto things until they just die, then the extended warranty may be a worthy concept. Just take a look at your long term needs and go from there.

Another consideration; what exactly does the warranty really cover? You gott'a read the fine print -- I've seen some that were pretty lame.

I know i knwo what you mean...sometimes it such a hassle...to finally egt you money back to get another appliance etc etc...sometimes it isn't worth it...

Definately checkout the fine print as in most cases it's just a waste of money for the hassles that ya got to go thru to try and claim against them. ;)
