Symantic live update prob.

I have Winxp corp sp2 on a Athlon powered motherboard and also Norton products: NAV pro 2003 , NIS 2003, and Norton Utilities (speed disk dosent work it use to now it just isn;t there )
when I try to get the updates from Symantic I always get this error and it says the wrong operating system any ideas????
