    Just got an Email from AMD about core voltages in the 1700 and 1800's that are going to be realeased. Thought this might help anyone out that is Going to get one of these chips.



    AMD is announcing a core voltage change for the desktop Model 8 AMD Athlon(TM) XP 1700+ processor and the AMD Athlon(TM) XP 1800+ processor in Rev B from 1.60V nominal to 1.50V nominal. See below for details.
