Day of Kane!!! Cheez is going down!!

Hey, I have PSO for the 'cube and I have a broadband modem. I currently have cox cable internet from the modem and I have it set up on my 'cube. I found all the specs on my comp (IP, subnet mask, etc.) and entered them all in. But when I try to connect to the webpage, It acts like it connects, but then It says The requested URL could not be retrieved" PLease help, this was kinda expensive and extremely aggravating.
