    I have only seen these in compaq and similar junk. Are they custom or something?

    I have seen 1900 at many places but 2300 has been rare or soming here on the ice

    The XP2300+ isn't official but over the years many Name Brand PC's have used underclocked setups (55-60/90-95/120-125/155-160MHz FSB's instead of 66/100/133/166MHz) so it's likely the same again.
