    Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe MB
    Athlon XP 3200 (400FSB)
    (1) ATA100 WD80GIG HDD
    Radeon ATI 9600 Video Card
    1 GIG DDR400 Dual Channeling (2x 512MB)
Everything else (NIC, Sound, USB...ect.) used on board.

PSU is only 350W. Am I ok with this, or should I get a 400 plus Watt PSU?

if its a quality power supply. something like an Antec. then it should work. if its a crap brand then it might not be good enough.

    what brand is it

It's a generic brand...came with the case. I think I am going to buy a new one then. Thanks much!

A name brand 250W could easily be better than some generic 500W that came with the case. 350W should be fine, but it's generally a few bucks more to get a 400W, so you might as well go for it.
