    Default Procs FSB to memory speed

    if a proc has a 333mhz fsb, and you wantt o buy pc-3200 ram, willl it mean the ram won't be utilized, because its 400mhz? Quick response pleaes I'm looking to make a purchase tonight thanks

    I believe so but even if it does you still might want to get it beacuse of the other advantages pc 3200 has and if you decide to upgrade motherboards later you dont have to go and buy more memory.

    It will not take advantage of it, unless you overclock. But as of right now, there is literally no difference in price between PC2700 and PC3200/3500 that doesn't warrant not going with the higher speed, as it does leave a better upgrade path if anything.

    yea that is what they say.... :) amd man could you get on AIm real fast i need a little advice im about to drop 1k on some pc parts. was talkin to Yawg about it earlier but he isn't on right now, it would help me a lot, thanks
