Well just make sure the heatsinks you look at are made for Pentium 4s. Then it will fit. And why replace the heatsink on a Dell? I have found the heatsinks they put on to be high quality and you can't overclock a Dell, so there's no need for more cooling.

well, my dell has been quite noisy latly, and i thought that it might be the heat sink, so i would get a quiter, better heatsink. But thats good to know that dell uses good quality heat sinks. Possably it might be another source.
