I'm running Real Temp 2.76 beta, Core Temp 0.99.3 & Everest 4.60.1500 (iirc) and all are using the new TjMax for my cpu.

This has been around for a few weeks now (3?)

I don't have an E8400 and my E3110 is not currently in a pc so I can't comment on the TjMax for these cpus, my E8600 uses a TjMax of 100C in line with the released documentation.
