    Nah, in general, desktop chips are not robust enough or well shielded enough for military use in primary combat vehicles. Things like jets, tanks, helicopters, all have to be resistant to EMP, and desktop CPU's are not, at all, resistant. In fact, they fry like an egg on a Hummvee's hood in bagdad.

    Yeah, like on that tomshardware video on youtube where they take the heatsink off some old Athlon and it starts to smoke.
    Current system:
    - Intel Q8200 Processor (2.33GHz) (7x multi, roughly 340MHz FSB)
    - Intel DG45ID Motherboard (stupid locked BIOS >:( )
    - 6 GB DDR2 RAM (667MHz)
    - PNY GeForce 9500GT (750MHz Core clock, 1900MHz Shader clock, 500MHz Memory clock)
    -585GB SATA HDD (7200RPM)

    He fought for his BlackBerry?

    WOW!

    Looks like this new government fights for it's rights...

    (note I said it's, not ours, as we don't have rights, only the government does)

    What is this;
    "An off-line Obama isn't just bad for Barack," Podesta said in an opinion column published in LA Times. "It's bad for all of us. The president's ability to reach outside his inner circle..."
    It's not like he has a Blog...
