Ugh, that Asus Vento thing is disgusting. Worse than the Acer Predator (which would be awesome in black with red LEDs).

Anyone know what heatsink is best? Out of these:

    - Arctic Cooling Freezer Extreme Soc775, AM2, 939
    - Asus Silentknight
    - Titan Fenrir (bearing in mind this is not sold in the UK)

Also, sorry for taking over the thread xD
    Current system:
    - Intel Q8200 Processor (2.33GHz) (7x multi, roughly 340MHz FSB)
    - Intel DG45ID Motherboard (stupid locked BIOS >:( )
    - 6 GB DDR2 RAM (667MHz)
    - PNY GeForce 9500GT (750MHz Core clock, 1900MHz Shader clock, 500MHz Memory clock)
    -585GB SATA HDD (7200RPM)

    Hi

Well, I haven't gotten anything yet, but I've got a job starting in the next few days...

So pretty soon I should be able to afford a good one

Thanks for all the help given with my setup,

You guys seem pretty excited about Obama. Is he doing well so far? The only news we get about him in the UK is that he's here, and that the writers of South Park seem to think he's a master thief (that was a great episode).

I'm glad he's shutting down Guantanamo Bay, but that's really all I've heard about him. Or is he bringing the troops back from Iraq or something? I don't remember... As I say, we don't get much about him here...

Obama's been treating us pretty good so far, actually. He's made a few minor missteps here and there, but nothing on the scale of the colossal blunders Bush made. Overall, Obama is bringing back some value to being an american when overseas again. There was a time when the USA was beloved by the world. We may get to that point again, eventually, with the route Obama is taking us.

    Ci7 920/6Gb Corsair DDR3 1600mhz/EX58-UD3R/HIS Radeon HD 5870/750Gb Seagate ES.2, 2Tb WD Green
    And several other rigs...

You mean around the time of WWII and of course, 1968? That's what I consider to be the USA's "golden age". You landed on the moon, you pretty much saved us in WWII, although, I can't swallow my pride enough to say we couldn't have done it without you. And I would also have to say that the USSR made the biggest contribution to that war, but still... the USA did help us greatly. Shame we had the civil war really, alot of people get bitter over that. One of my friends thinks we would have won if not for the French, but whatever. This is a PC modding forum, not a "Would England still own the empire if not for France and the USA" forum. :)

Glad to hear Obama is doing good. Shame we don't get the same from Gordon Brown, but never mind. We'll have decent polititians too, one day.

Yeah, but it could've been done better.

Would've been nice to see him just walk in plain day, into the bank, and request it on behalf of the Government. They would then have to give it to him.

    NOW that would be funny!

Hmm... I suppose. But then you aren't a satyrical genius like Matt Stone and Trey Parker. Oh well. It was still a great episode. I especially loved all the people who thought it was the end of the world.
