    You may also use a FAT partition as well, in case you don't have a USB

    I did and when I insert USB there is still nothing,maybe I need to configure something ?

    Some USB Just wont work, and some will have to be formatted first. If you find yours is not working at all then please try another smaller one. I tend to see more larger ones (2GB+) being incompatible then smaller ones (256-512MB).

    You have to leave the USB Connected when you reboot to flash, and you must have Legacy USB Storage Detect enabled in the Integrated Peripherals BIOS page

    OK guys ... I have updated my BIOS to F9 and I try that last settings that Defined gave me and I still failed ... and is there any hope left at all that this s..t can be overclocked ...

    omg we have the same system and these settings are working for me perfectly ; idk where is the problem :/

    I really don't know what is the issue I mean i do everything correct and still system wont boot ... :( ,now I started to think that I sholuld buy Gigabyte EP45-DS3L ... but I dont have money and currently I'm in middle of nowhere ... :(

    Are you sure your ram is not faulty? Please test each stick on by one for 10 passes or so with Memtest86+ at stock settings with manually set ram freq, voltages, and main timings
