I do not have a 6100, but my 4100 is close.

I was able to get it to the following speed (on air):

    4.5GHz
    Base Clock: 200
    Multiplier: 22.5
    HT Clock: 2200
    NB Clock: 2200

I have tried tweaking the base clock, but it resulted in sacrificing my memory speed for very little CPU gain.

The highest stable over-clock I have found using air cooling has been 4.72Ghz. I wasn't pleased with the temperatures so I am currently running it at 4.5Ghz. You'll notice my voltage is a bit on the high side but that's about as low as I can get it.

I wouldn't recommend just using the multiplier to overclock your processor, I ran 12 different overclocking settings through cinebench so I'll give you some examples. My FX6100 at all stock settings scored 4.03. At 4.6Ghz just using multiplier changes it scored 4.91. At 4.2Ghz just using clock changes it scored 5.06. In the attached image it scores 5.31 and my combination of clock and multiplier changes at 4.7Ghz resulted in 5.52. I've seen better results than I have achieved but hopefully some of that info is helpful for other people hoping to drive their power bills up.
